3. Incoloy 800H/HT: These variants of Incoloy 800 have modified compositions to enhance their creep-rupture strength at higher temperatures. Incoloy 800H contains slightly higher carbon content, while Incoloy 800HT has increased levels of both carbon and aluminum. They are employed in applications such as ethylene pyrolysis furnaces, steam methane reformers, and nitric acid catalyst supports.Incoloy alloys offer good weldability, formability, and fabricability, making them versatile materials for various industrial applications. 4. Incoloy 925: This alloy is specifically designed for applications in the oil and gas industry, particularly in sour (hydrogen sulfide-containing) environments.
